The machine is designed for the manufacture of large diameter HDPE or PP/PPH spirally wound pipes on a steel mandrel, without gas preheating, produced by one or more high-speed extruders.This line is Simens PLC computer controlled . Production efficiency is 5-8 times higher compared the traditional way of sheet bending and welding. The tank is flat and beautiful, and the top of the tank is thin and the bottom is thick,the machine can be upgraded to produce a special double wall for leakage control.

PPH equipment can be used continuously in the temperature range of – 10 ℃ to 90 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 100 ℃. Modified polypropylene (PPH) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) materials also have good heat insulation performance to ensure that the tank body maintains a certain temperature. At the same time, as a storage tank, it has good ultraviolet resistance in the outdoor working environment, and its service life can be more than 30 years.
