Description
1. Production process:
The material formula of hollow wall winding pipe is characterized by that it is mainly composed of HDPE recycled material, polyester material, phase flux, desiccant and black masterbatch.
The formula dosage is: HDPE recycled material 80-90KG, polyester material 10-20kg, phase flux 3-4KG, desiccant 4-5 KG and black masterbatch 4-5kg, calcium carbonate 80-90KG, calcium carbonate is 800 mesh, lubricant 2-3kg.
Pipe characteristics:
HDPE hollow wall winding uses high-density polyethylene as the main raw material and adopts winding molding process. It has flat inner and outer pipe walls, small friction resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, compression resistance, not easy to age, service life of more than 50 years, convenient construction, low engineering cost, in China, it has become a substitute for cement pipes, cast iron pipes, and glass pipes.
2. The processing technology of hollow wall winding pipe is as follows.
1) Mix the raw materials and stir them evenly
2) Heat the pipe extruder, add the evenly stirred materials to the pipe extruder, heat the molten materials and extrude the materials from its mold;
3) Vacuum shape the pipe extruded by the pipe extruder, and then water cool it;
4) The special-shaped structural profiles extruded from the extruder die are evenly wound on the roller mold according to the predetermined position, and the PE molten material is extruded synchronously to weld the special-shaped structural profiles into a whole, ensuring the high quality of the structural wall pipe weld seam.
5) The continuous spray system in the winding molding machine cools and solidifies the bonding point;
6) Cut it according to the predetermined length.
7) The processing technology of the hollow wall winding pipe is characterized in that the temperature of the molten glue extruded by the melt extruder is 10-20 degrees higher than the melting temperature of the profile.
3. Pipes with different ring stiffness levels can be produced;
4. High-efficiency single-screw extruders (using pellets) and energy-saving conical twin-screw extruders (using powder or pellets) are available;
5. Complete models and specifications, DN200-DN3500 hollow wall pipes and DN 315-1000 wellbore pipes can be produced;
6. Pipe characteristics: Both the inner and outer walls are smooth, and there is a hollow layer between the inner and outer walls.
7. Application:
Widely used in drainage and sewage pipelines in highways, municipal construction, residential areas, sports fields, squares, mines, agricultural culverts, bridges and other fields.
